From the Black Forest
Mike Tunes is a DJ and producer from Baiersbronn in Germany's Black Forest, and he makes a point of staying there. With more than 10 million streams, releases like "Blame It On You" and records on labels such as Chapter Eight and Alumia Records, he could easily have moved to the city. Instead, he brought the city's sound home.
His mission: bringing vibes back into dorf life. Mike turns forest huts, terrace cafés and village squares into places people actually want to be on a Friday night. At after-work sessions and sunset sets, he plays melodic Deep House. At sports club celebrations and wine festivals, he shifts to high-energy Tech House and EDM. Reading a crowd and a location is as much part of his craft as the music itself.
Beyond the Black Forest, Mike plays venues across Southern Germany, connecting urban club culture with rural charm. His goal stays the same wherever he plays: keeping his home a place where the next generation has a reason to stay.
